Hey, we're Keifer and Kimmie and we're really glad you're here!
Our story starts back in 8th grade, when Keifer moved down from Ithaca, New York and met Kimmie, a St. Augustine girl who's called this place home her whole life. We both went on to attend the University of Florida, Kimmie with a degree in Business and Keifer in Finance, started dating after high school, and eleven years later here we are, building a life and a business together in the community we love.
Keifer got his real estate license in 2015 while finishing up at UF, and after graduating jumped into the industry with Kimmie's brother. He loved it immediately. Kimmie needed a little more convincing, but once she joined she never looked back. Together we've helped over 200 families buy and sell, personally bought and flipped 50+ homes, and have sourced 150+ off-market properties for investors looking for flips and rentals. We know this market from a lot of different angles.
We created The McClain Collective to build something bigger than just the two of us, a team that shares our values and can genuinely show up for the people we care about. We're pretty laid back and not pushy at all, but when it comes to pricing and negotiation we get pretty nerdy about the data. Our backgrounds mean we approach every transaction analytically so our clients always have the full picture.
When we're off the clock you'll find us at the beach or being completely run by our three cats.
